Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the order was placed.

Return process:

- Send an email to info@magnolia-elefante.com with the subject RETURN, informing of:

- The item(s) you wish to return.

- A copy of the received invoice.

You will receive an email with information on how to return the order via courier or mail, and you will be responsible for the direct costs of the return, such as shipping fees. Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent with postage due. We will not be liable for losses, delays, or shipments to an incorrect address of any product you wish to return, so we recommend sending it via certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned, so we recommend always sending them via a system that certifies delivery for your security.

The right of return will apply as long as the products are returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, tags, and any accessories or related items. If your return does not meet the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to any refund, and the products will be sent back to you with shipping costs due.

We will determine if the KIDS&BEATS products are in the same condition as they were sent to you. You will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functionality. Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used, or soiled due to the customer's actions will not be refunded and will be made available to the sender and shipped back with shipping costs due.

Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

Regardless of the payment method used, the refund will be initiated as soon as possible, but always within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products by the consumer.

When you place an order, we include an invoice, and it is essential to provide a copy of it with the return.

Exceptions to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, and therefore no right of return, apply in the following cases:

1) The purchase of Personalized Products, for which there will be no right of withdrawal once the order has been placed.

For these purposes, the following will be considered Products: Personalizados todos aquellos para cuya elaboración sea determinante una elección o decisión individual por parte del consumidor y usuario o éste haya requerido la personalización de algunas de sus características o piezas, o la producción de dicho producto por petición exclusiva del cliente. Sin embargo, no tendrán la consideración de productos personalizados los productos elaborados según opciones estándar ofrecidas en la web al público en general, que figuran en existencia o stock.

2) For health and hygiene reasons, in the purchase of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect order or defective product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address: info@magnolia-elefante.com , providing details of the error or defect along with your personal information and a copy of the received invoice.

In case of issues with the packaging, you must notify the courier company at the time of receiving the order.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable time frame if the return or replacement (if applicable) is approved. The return or replacement of the item will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is approved.

The amounts paid for products returned due to any defect or fault, when it truly exists, will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs of shipping incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs in whichyou would have incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made using the same method as the one used to pay for the purchase.
